Order Processing

It's important to understand that your order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that there may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control. We appreciate your patience during such times.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Local Delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over ₹300 within Bhopal city limits. For orders under ₹300, we charge ₹30 for local delivery.

Deliveries are made from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM on Monday to Saturday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

In-Store Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our store location:

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM on Monday to Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries:

At this time, we do not ship to countries not listed above due to shipping restrictions and customs regulations.

Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Important: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. AuraBloom is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Delivery Process

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your package using this number on our website or the carrier's website.

Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will make up to 3 attempts to deliver your package. If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse, and you will be notified.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain items may have shipping restrictions:

  • Fragile items require special handling and may have longer processing times
  • Large or heavy items may have additional shipping charges
  • Hazardous materials cannot be shipped via air transport
  • Some items may not be available for express or next-day delivery

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of expected delivery
  • Provide photos of damaged packaging or items
  • We will investigate with our shipping partners
  • Replacement or refund will be provided once investigation is complete
